I applied a few days ago but didn’t get my money yet. When will I get my money?
Most lenders deposit the cash into your account within one business day of signing their loan documents. But once in while, delays can happen especially during the weekend, holidays or maybe they received an incomplete application. You can contact the lender directly to find out the status of your loan.

I’d hope that before signing a lending agreement, the lender will be up front about when you will get the money. That just seems like standard business practice to me, rather than leaving your customers with a lot of questions. I’d agree that one business day is reasonable, unless you’re specifically told otherwise at the signing.

LikeDislikeI wish I could tell you that only dishonest companies do this, but I’ve heard of this happening with so-called “legitimate” government lending programs as well. My brother receives financial aid for his schooling, and there is not a semester that goes by the he is not waiting on his check, having to go down to the office to resubmit his paperwork multiple times, and listening to them lie to his face and say that they already sent the money. It’s a nightmare! I would expect so much more from such an “acclaimed” school as his. Instead they act like a bunch of scam artists, over and over.

LikeDislikeAre you sure that the application was filled out fully? Many companies don’t like to chase down customers who may have changed their mind, so if your application wasn’t filled out fully, or is waiting on confirmation of some details, they will table the whole process until you get back to them. I’d recommend giving them a call right away.
